Responsibilities
- Providing assistance to users.
- Software and hardware installation, maintenance and repair of client computers.
- Installation and monitoring of user software.
- Management and maintenance of user and group rights.
- Carrying out IT registration and administration tasks.
Expectations
- Hardware installation knowledge.
- Network administrator experience (switch, router, firewall settings, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP basics).
- Knowledge of network installation.
- Operator-level knowledge of Microsoft client-side software.
- Accurate, reliable and independent work.
- Performance-oriented, problem-solving approach.
- Patient attitude towards users, good communication, team player personality.
- At least a secondary education.
- 1-3 years of professional experience.
- English knowledge
- Category B driver's license
